Dolcetto & Lagrein 07: A cool clean structure

Two Italian varieties blended to a modern Australian food wine that has more cedary oak than in previous outings, lining a black cherry and pepper mix of flavours with cool clean structure. Try too its viognier/pinot gris white sibling, which also shows a pleasing textural presence at the Mediterranean table.
